Maple
Acer platanoides
Maple is a light-coloured, hard and fine-grained hardwood native to Finland. Its wood is creamy white to pale yellow, sometimes with a slightly reddish tint. The fine, even grain and occasional wavy patterns make maple an attractive material for furniture making and interior design.
Maple is strong, wear-resistant and takes a smooth finish. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring a hard, durable and finely finished surface. Maple can be turned, carved and polished, and its pale colour makes it a versatile choice for different interior styles.

- Visit our warehouse, inspect the timber and complete your purchase.
- Payment can be made by MobilePay or invoice. Prices are subject to 25.5% VAT.
Delivery
- The buyer is responsible for transporting the timber.
- We are happy to assist with loading using our Kramer wheel loader.
- If required, we can assist with delivery within a maximum radius of 100 km from Kyröskoski. Delivery is charged at €0.90 per kilometre.
